Rocco was amazing from the very start. He gave me a quick reasonable quote and communication was top notch. Rocco was punctual, reliable and a pleasure to have in my home. Rocco was absolutely fantastic. Worked so hard and wanted us to be happy with his work each step of the way. We needed Rocco to lift all existing tiles (a big job) and fit new. He protected our new kitchen as he worked and went the extra mile helping us with other bits too. Reliable, trustworthy and passionate about what he does. Thank you Rocco!

Extremely pleasant man who worked really hard. Was able to replace some plasterboard so he could tile over it. Tidied up the old fire place, added cement board and tiled it. Noticed the front step was chipped so offered to repair it if I could get the tiles by Monday. Really good to find someone who is prepared to do small jobs.

Rocco is absolutely amazing. A number of tiles had been damaged or removed due to renovation. In the kitchen he repaired a hole with plasterboard, replaced the tiles having shown us how to remove old tile cement. He also replaced the silicone. He repaired the fireplace and tiled that. Noticing our front step had been damaged he said if I could get tiles over the weekend he would fit them as well without increasing our quote. After a fairly difficult year he has restored my faith in humanity!

Rocco was extremely pleasant and helpful, most importantly willing to do a small tricky job, for which I was most grateful. The work was well done but I had to remove quite a lot of stray grouting, including in my basin. My disappointment was that he requested payment by cash which I do not approve of but as it had been so very difficult finding someone to even look at the job, I felt I had no choice.

Rocco is very pleasant and polite, and turned up when he said he would. He made a reasonable job of tiling our kitchen, but lack of attention to detail was disappointing. This resulted in the following problems: 1. Use of chipped tiles (even though we had plenty of spares) 2. Tile cuts around sockets inaccurate, resulting in gaps 3. Sockets not sitting flat against tiles 4. Didn't remove old sealant, instead new sealant was used over the top of this, resulting in lumpy finish 5. Tile trim not joining up at corners 6. Sockets covered in caulk 7. Scratched worktop requiring repair
