  Urgent Fire Risk Assessment needed

  We needed a Fire Risk Assessment and Asbestos report within a very tight timeframe to keep the sale of a property on track. Paul responded to our enquiry and appreciating the time critical nature of the request, moved our case the the next morning. The Fires Risk Assessment arrive the same day and the asbestos report in less than 72 hours. Fantastic service, Knowledgeable and very helpful

  Fire risk assessment

  I have just had Paul carry out a fire risk assessment on my rental property. This is the second time that I have used him and on both occasions found him to be extremely professional. If you are looking for someone to do a fire risk assessment on your property I would strongly recommend using his services. Aside from being friendly, reliable and respectful, his fees are very reasonable too. Five stars from me.

  Great service provided by Paul and his team. They came in to our premises to accurately quote for the work and carried out a fire risk assessment and EIRC. We received comprehensive reports within a couple of days.

  Commercial & Residential Asbestos survey

  i contacted Circle Property Assessments to carryout a Asbestos survey on both my home and business premises due to fact i had read a artcile about the dangers of exposure to myself and my staff, they were very quick to respond and carried out the on-site survey within a few days with a quick 48 results turnaround, highly recommend 5**

  Outstanding service and price

  Paul from Circle property assessments completed a fire risk assessment and a Asbestos test on artexed ceilings our surveyor highlighted needed to be tested, the service level was very good, time keeping was excellent, we reached out last week and response was via phone call within a couple of hours, price was competitive, we have recommend him to a few of our clients
