  Kitchen needed full refit, including utility room with WC to replace and LVT flooring throughout

  From start to finish on this project the team were easy to work with, helpful and clear about what to needed to have ready and on site for them, and thoroughly pleasant to have around. The kitchen looks amazing, as does the flooring throughout downstairs. Joinery and plumbing were at times challenging - it’s an old house, but creative solutions have meant that the finish looks immaculate and they tidied up everyday which makes such a difference when you’re living on site. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone!

  Had the main bathroom fitted

  I can honestly say the bathroom refit is fantastic. The quality of the work is very professional. The tiling, the fittings and finish is exemplary. I would definitely recommend CIN construction for not only bathroom but any building work as we also had a worktop replaced and kitchen undermining sink installed to a very good standard. The work was efficient, cost effective and completed on time and the whole job was done without any mess.

  Kitchen and bathroom fitting

  Very pleased with work done because it is an old house with no straight walls so there had to be many work arounds. The work was always discussed so that the end result was good and sometimes more work was needed. Recommended. Would use CIN again. (Kitchen involved removing old units, updating plumbing, some electrics, new units, floor tiles, tiling and other smaller jobs). Cost was a fair price for the work and worth the cost.

  Kitchen Renovation

  Igor turned up on time for the estimate, quoted promptly then showed up on time each day and worked long days. The job involved kitchen renovations including replacing kitchen units, an amount of plumbing and electrical work. Igor and Alex worked with the same commitment as if they were fitting a new kitchen and were very considerate to our complex family situation. Due to external water supply problems, Igor had to proactively provide an interim a solution and then had to return a couple of times to complete the work. He was very accommodating with this. I'd definitely use them again.

  Utility Room Upgrade

  CIN Construction upgraded our utility room, scope of work included double stacking of washer drier in bespoke designed frame, new sink and taps,work surface,electrical and plumbing, bespoke built in cabinets, provision and fitting of new under-counter fridge, electrical works and fitting integral dishwasher. A very polite, hard working and reliable team who completed the job on schedule, on budget and to a very high standard. Excellent communication all the way through from initial appointment until completion. Very clean and tidy workers. Would highly recommend for any sized project.
