I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the customer service that I received. Everyone staff member that I had contact with was professional, friendly and hardworking. The conservatory roof looks great. I have noticed some positive differences in the temperatures of the conservatory.

From arriving at about 07:45 until 15:30, the two fitters worked non-stop until the job was completed. They did a fantastic job both inside with the insulation, and outside with the replacement guttering and pipework, definitely going above and beyond and very professional, also cleaning up any mess and leaving the place as they found it. We can already feel a difference in the conservatory with a more even temperature. We now have another room we can use all year round, whatever the outside temperature. We would have no hesitation in recommending the CI Group.

Prompt, courtesy and very polite, cannot fault there installation work or the quality of the finished roof replacement and interior insulation. Although this installation was expensive I deemed it to be a very professional company that employed professional installers, and can highly recommend this company.

The representative who gave us advice and took measurements was prompt, courteous and answered all questions and concerns. He was not at all pushy. After agreeing to the installation an appointment was made for approx 2-3 weeks later. The 2 fitters arrived early but started at the time that was agreed (8am). We had emptied the conservatory. They were finished within three and a half hours, leaving it clean. We are very happy with our “new” conservatory roof as we can sit in there even when outside has extreme temperatures. The company fulfilled all aspects of the contract. Really happy.

I'm excited to share my experience with the company that installed our insulated conservatory roof! The two chaps were not only friendly but also respectful of my home, working harmoniously together without taking any breaks. I was genuinely impressed by their commitment to the job. When they finished the installation, they made sure to tidy up the work area, leaving it immaculate. Before the insulation, this room was unusable, cold in winter, and hot in summer. I now use it all the time. The insulation keeps out the hot sun and is warmer in winter. I don't hesitate to use this company again
