Quoted to cut up and remove our hot tub, but instead tried dragging it across our porcelain paving. Despite my wife politely raising concerns (witnessed on CCTV), they carried on, then accused her of being rude and refused to do the job. It seem the cctv with audio, she certainly wasn’t, she raised a genuine concerns. I believe the truth is it was beyond their capabilities and were hoping to remove as one unit instead of cutting up as quoted. They even brought a saw but chose not to use it And risk damage to our pavingVery unprofessional – would not recommend. Video footage is available.!

Tom and his colleague cleared away the garden garbage very well and did all that was asked and agreed in the estimate and I paid them then as appropriate.
