  Fitting of a heated towel rail & concealed cistern replacement

  Hugo did a fantastic job and rectified an issue with a towel radiator, which had not been installed correctly by someone else and had started leaking. He is very experienced, thorough and not cutting corners. The new radiator is now fitted perfectly and no longer leaking and this really gives me peace of mind. Hugo subsequently also helped me to replace a concealed toilet cistern, which was not a straight forward/easy job. He was very professional, offered great and practical advice and did a great job again. I can highly recommend him.

  Replacing radiators

  I needed to replace all the radiators in a flat during renovation. I wasn’t going to be able to be on site much so I needed someone who could work quite independently. Hugo was able to pop in and out removing the radiators so that the decorators could work whilst keeping the heating system running - it was winter. The final installation came in undertime and so below the estimate and the result looks great. I Would highly recommended Hugo and will be working with him on the next phase of the project.

  Fixed water leak into downstairs flat

  Hugo contacted me shortly after my job request and we quickly arranged a visit time. I had a water leak which was dripping into the flat below. On the first visit Hugo surveyed my central heating and water supply, and advised me on the quickest and most economical way to identify and fix the leak. On the second visit he prepared the central heating system to prevent waterflow, fixed the leaking pipe coupler and then reset the system to test. Hugo is a great communicator, conscientious and reliable. He gave me honest and pragmatic advice. I am happy to recommend him to anyone.

  Replacing Shower Mixer Valve
