Arrived promptly after contacting. After a check of the damage, the work could be done straight away. Repairs completed same day. All good at the moment. Callum and his crew very helpful.

Quick response time and replaced the roof vent despite the rain!

Callum came round promptly to look at the roof, inspecting it from both inside and outside. He gave us a detailed overview of the work that needed undertaking and kept us updated with videos and photos while he was completing the repairs. Callum was honest and extremely fair throughout and was up front about the work that needed doing. He did advise that the roof would need replacing in the future (something that we thought would be the case) but that these repairs would rectify our leaking roof and deal with our immediate problem! No pushy sales just straightforward advice. Thanks Callum
