Chris is a brilliant communicator and really does respond 24/7. We probably should have done a more detailed description of works as that would have helped both of us through the process, but ultimately that didn't matter in the end. The work is beautiful and I am thoroughly pleased with it. Chris and Stevie (his decorator) were a pleasure to have in my home, respectful and trustworthy. Chris worked with my electrician who also had the same experience. The whole room was also decorated with panelling applied to the walls. Job location: EN2Chris and his team did a fantastic job repairing our rotten timber windows. From the initial inspection to the final finish, they were punctual, professional, and clearly experienced . They carefully remove the damaged section, treated the wood to prevent future rot. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, you’d never know they had been damaged.
