9.67 Cleaning of a large Indian sandstone patio and steps.

Scott and his assistant transformed the patio which was really mucky with winter algae and black sediment, into looking like new again. All it needed was one coat of the chemical wash, and then a hose rinse off. No machinery or jet washing needed. Scott and George were prompt, polite and professional. From point of contact, Scott was proactive with his communication and helpful with questions. I have used Christie’s for window cleaning services for over a decade. I have always found their work to be excellent. I am particularly impressed with Malcolm who goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done properly. He is always very polite and extremely helpful on his bi-monthly visits. Christies Cleaning has been established since 1983 and has become one of East Sussex’s leading, independent, specialist window and gutter cleaning companies. We have worked hard to build an excellent reputation for supplying the highest level of service, whilst keeping our prices at a realistic and competitive level.
We undertake all aspects of window and gutter cleaning, from large hotels, nursing homes and offices, to flat blocks and residential houses.
Christies are big enough to handle any building, any size with various different techniques, but also small enough to care and provide a personal and individual service. We pride ourselves on our communication with our customers.
We are at the forefront of technology, using the latest water purification technology combined with the latest Reach & Wash telescopic poles. This is used in conjunction with traditional methods, the use of hydraulic platforms and our team of professional abseilers. Our state of the art GutterVac reached gutters up to 60ft from the safety of the ground.
All staff are highly skilled, insured, monitored and comprehensively trained. They are our employees, as we do not sub contract work out to third parties. Good appearance and manner is essential and each member of the team wears smart company uniform with the Christies emblem clearly visible.
