We had an issue with the gas valve and circuit board which proved to be difficult parts to source due to the age of the boiler. The engineer, Dan, was quick at sourcing the parts and good at communicating when he would be able to return to fix the boiler. He was friendly and realistic with the timeframes which was super helpful
