Nick and his team did an excellent job moving us from Bournemouth to Amesbury, they made it completely stress-free for us on the day. They were efficient, professional, reliable and courteous. We did have a small accident with one of our items and this can always happen, but this was dealt with promptly and professionally and this is a sign of a great customer focused company. We chose this removals company based on getting ‘dedicated to yourself for the duration of the day until the move is complete’ they started at 9 and finished at 12.30 and told we would be charged more for any extra time.Not what we were quoted. Our oven was dropped and smashed as it was not properly secured which we were told is not policy to ratchet strap ovens, it was placed on a sactruck. We are now out of pocket and had to move items ourself as the other party was not ready to move, The replacement is not like for like and not sufficient to us.
