It is always a pleasure working with Martyn and his team. They enjoy their work, have a great work ethic and take pride in their work. They won't sign off on a job until they know their customer is happy. I am delighted with my new double glazed windows and beautiful new entrance way. They have really added something special to my new home.

I had a good experience with Martyn and Dan in October 2025 when replacing some double glazing so had no hesitation in asking for a quote and installation of a porch. What excellent service. They came on time and as scheduled, made a superb job of the installation (while working in sub-zero temperatures) and the result was much better than expected. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company and will use them again if and when the need arises.

I cannot recommend Martyn from Christchurch Home Improvements highly enough. He gave me a very competitive and prompt quote. Communicated well, work was done on time and the job he did was fantastic. He cut a new doorway into a brick wall and fitted a patio door. It looks so good you could never tell it was an add on. Everything was left spotless. If you are looking for a reliable, courteous and competent builder look no further he is definitely the man to choose.

Martyn and his workers travellled from Christchurch, Bournemouth to Cumbria twice to replace ground and upper floor windows. Arrived at the time they said they would daily. Cost, considering the travel distance and the need to stay over night, was excellent. They vacuumed each room, and each window was cleaned so there was no sign of window stickers when the window was completed. Communication, relaibility and work quality all rate as 10/10 for us. Would definitley use again.
