Very quick response, identified and repaired the problem in minutes!

I made a stupid mistake switched the power off to the hob, so there was no work to be done. He phoned back very quickly after contacting Checkatrade, and came next day to do the job, and phoned me when he was getting close.

Dave was in touch really quickly, advised a timeslot when he would be arriving - arrived right on time and sorted the problem within 10 minutes as had the part in the van.

Unfortunately we did not require the services of this company as it was found a junior member of the family had mistakenly disconnected to power supply to the cooker .

All sorted professionally, quickly and tidily!

My hob pilot light was continuously clicking, problem resolved swiftly and safely with no fuss. Thank you!
