I’ve had a cascade of water coming down the front of my property,my ex recommended this guy, I gave in a call yesterday he come out in all that rain he put a ladder up and pulled out a large amount of debris from the down spout, problem solved, I highly recommend this young man thanks.

Very professional, keep to their word. Honest and reliable, work to a great standard and leave tidy. Had fascia and gutters done, I have recommended to all and used used both Chris and his dad Wes many times. Will use again.

Mixed experience. Left us frustrated. Live Yate area & wife contacted Wes Probert for a roof tile &gutter repair. Wes was friendly but didn’t call back, then after 2 weeks sent his son Chris. Chris arrived 6 hours late with no call. Pricing felt unclear: £120 for 1 cracked tile& £160 for a simple gutter fix with a callout charge only mentioned on arrival. Extras £20–£30 added for gutter bracket/2 screws pushed the total to £330. Invoice was from Chris Roofing & Gutters, not Wes’s company, which raised concerns. Wife Felt upsold &pressured; delays and high costs didn’t match the strong reviews.

Great communication, on time and fixed the problem even after identifying a different issue. I would recommend.

Chris was great in communication beforehand and on the day doing the work. Works completed neatly and without fuss. Very pleased and would be happy to have Chris back in the future.
