Madam I am devastated by this, re-plastered back wall as asked. Hacked off by yourself, externally rendered by your contractors to sort damp issue. I offered you options of independent damp specialists before plastering if not confident of rendering process, you declined with cost issues. Wall completely dry during works in your presence. I heard from you 2 weeks later regarding drying time, not again for 5 months. You seemed reluctant to contact renderers when we last spoke. Job carried out in time specified at cost agreed, labour and materials less than you listed with your thanks upon completion. I value all of my Checkatrade customers, including you and my reviews are a source of great pride to me, all online. I'm so sorry you feel this way and I hope you find a resolution with your damp problems. All the best, Chris
