Job location: HP3Chris and his team carried out a large extension and complete gutting and renovation of the existing structure. The work was completed on time and to a great quality which myself and my wife and very happy with. Chris and his team were approachable and helpful throughout the project offering advice on the best ways to overcome issues. Overall we are very happy with the work and highly recommend Chris.10 Trustworthy

We have used Chris for the past three years. His work is fantastic. He's very reliable. We find ourselves constantly calling him getting further work undertaken. Our home is looking amazing! I have used Chris on a number of occasions for various jobs. He designed and built a beautiful dressing room for me. And has installed a new bathroom. Job location: WD4Chris and his team recently completed two single storey extensions at our property. From our initial meeting, I could tell that we had the right people for the job. Chris came and discussed our plans and gave suggestions on where things could be done in a better way. He communicated with us throughout the whole process. Chris and his team are perfectionists in every way and the site was always kept clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris Marks Carpentry and Building, we are so pleased with our extensions. Chris really is a master of his trade.
