Chris Lyle Carpentry is more than just a carpenter. He project managed an entire bedroom refit for us from design to completion. He not only built wardrobes and drawers but also arranged a plasterer, electrician and painter/decorator. He was always on time, pleasant and friendly and open to suggestions. Anne also did an excellent job of keeping us informed of timings. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to have Chris Lyle Carpentry replace some doors and repair floorboards. They have been by far the easiest "trade" to work with that has completed work in my home this last year. I wish I had found them sooner. Chris work is exemplary , he is polite and pays attention to detail. Anne was also great keeping me informed along the way. Couldn't ask for more and would most definitely contact for future work and recommend.

Chris is an excellent carpenter and has done a few jobs for us now. We're always happy to go back to him to get work done. He's very professional and polite and skilled at what he does and the results are very good.

Had a really good experience with CL Carpentry. Chris did an assortment of carpentry jobs for us over the course of a week including installing a new laminate floor, changing skirting/architraves, and refurbishing our utility cupboard and downstairs bathroom (e.g., reconfiguring and repairing plasterboard walls and boxing in pipework). The quality of the work was excellent and communication was great throughout. Chris was amiable and helpful, offering solutions for tricky aspects and going out of his way to sort several finishing details.
