Chris has just laid new wood flooring in our lounge, super pleased. Chris was highly recommended and I can see why. Very professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and use his services again.

Had a really good experience with CL Carpentry. Chris did an assortment of carpentry jobs for us over the course of a week including installing a new laminate floor, changing skirting/architraves, and refurbishing our utility cupboard and downstairs bathroom (e.g., reconfiguring and repairing plasterboard walls and boxing in pipework). The quality of the work was excellent and communication was great throughout. Chris was amiable and helpful, offering solutions for tricky aspects and going out of his way to sort several finishing details.

The work consisted of the supply and fit of all internal room and built in cupboard doors. Chris and Ann coordinated all stages of the work from purchasing the new doors and fittings, installation and skip disposal of waste. The standard of the work was excellent and was conducted with minimal disruption. The job did present some challenges as the house and original woodwork is about 70 years old. However these challenges were skilfully dealt with. Chris was a pleasure to work with and we are very impressed with the end result. We will not hesitate to use CL Carpentry for future work.

On first contact with Chris we found him to be friendly and professional. He made suggestions of what options we could have. Chris kept us very well updated with what materials could be used, what would work and what wouldn’t and when the job would happen. The finished product exceeded our expectations and is of a very high standard and quality.
