Very prompt service, great communication and respectful in the property.

Chris messaged me to say he was on his way to our agreed appointment. He removed 8 radiators & capped the pipes. He was very helpful, leaving things tidy & measured up for another job while he was here.

Chris Barrow and his team were a pleasure to have in the home. The standard of workmanship was outstanding. They were friendly and helpful in every way - even searching for my cat, who was hiding behind the sofa, so we could keep him safely locked in a bedroom while the work was going on. They have left me with a new shower which looks wonderful.

Chris came to my rescue within hours to fix the WC with a new float valve. I really appreciated Chris immediate response and that he was able to fix it in the same day - in fact he came with the parts all ready to go! Chris is polite and great to deal with - a super person.

I'm very happy with the work carried out. Chris disconnected my aging water tank from my old gravity fed hot water cylinder and replaced the old system with new mains fed hot water system. A few other smaller jobs were completed at the same time. Watching Chris cut pipes to length and then bend them and seeing them fit perfectly was reassuring. I'd recommend Chris to anyone who needs a plumber 👍

Chris quoted for the job. Very clear. I phoned him to clarify a couple of points. He made an appointment to supply and fit a replacement radiator. He arrived on time, did an excellent job, made a minor alteration at my request, cleaned up afterwards. Everything done very smoothly
