  Absolutely brilliant service from Tom today! He came out to my home to check and connect my temperature transceiver. Upon arrival, he quickly identified it only needed a simple battery replacement. He kindly also inspected my kitchen hob and sorted the issue with just a gentle adjustment. Surprisingly, he refused to charge any labour or call-out fees at all. Tom is incredibly honest, thoughtful and professional. I'm really grateful and will absolutely book him first for all future heating and home repair work. Wholeheartedly recommend!

  Pipe Blockage

  Delighted to find Tom. He's a professional. Did a great job, arrived quickly, diagnosed the fault and resolved the pipe blockage effectively. Even sent me a video of the completed work, so pleased I found Tom on my job quote. Great value for money. Definitely recommend this tradesman, has excellent work ethics.   Boiler works

  Tom was great. He arrived for a boiler service and found that a whole replacement was necessary - he explained things clearly and easily and he was back just a couple days later to install. He even repaired a broken extractor fan and additional pipe work on my property unprompted and for no extra charge while he installed the new boiler. Highly recommend!

  We recently had a boiler check-up, which quickly determined that a full boiler replacement was necessary. Tom managed the entire process flawlessly, ensuring it was as smooth and stress-free as possible. The workmanship was truly wonderful.
