  Tom was able to come assess the issue with our boiler very quickly and return the next day to install a replacement. He was extremely helpful explaining our options, the work was undertaken efficiently and the area left very tidy. Tom also took time to explain the paperwork etc and sent an instruction video which was really useful. Will certainly be in touch with Tom in the future for boiler servicing and any other jobs. Thanks!

  Quick, Clean, Friendly, & Fair

  Within an hour of posting, Tom responded. He quoted his prices, I checked his reviews and arranged a visit. He was able to visit quickly and was clear In his communication and arrived on time. He looked at the boiler (which had been unused for a while), made and explained tests, and what the results meant. He offered both repair and replacement options. I chose to replace the boiler. The following day he returned and replace the boiler, pipework and fixed a few other minor issues. He was quick, courteous, and cleaned up after. I am happy and would use him again. Recommended.

  Chosen Plumbing came out and fixed several plumbing issues with no hassle. Have used these guys a few times now and have booked them in for my annual boiler service this year! Would recommend.
