After booking this company weeks ago and checking the start date again last week, they failed to turn up, text or phone us. Totally unprofessional. I just don’t know why they couldn’t at least tell us if there was a problem. Had to start all over again. First time we have ever had an issue with any trades on checkatrade. I’m sure he’s a good tiler - if we ever saw him. Poor
