Chris arrived on time as agreed, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor for what should have been a straightforward painting job — one colour, premium paint, no tricky features.
We ended up with a long list of issues after the first inspection. Chris did come back to fix them, but the results only got worse. In the end, we paid him just to avoid conflict and brought in someone else to correct the work.
Perhaps Chris might be fine for very small jobs, but I cannot recommend him based on my experience and regret choosing him for this project.

I also want to note that, following completion, we carried out a walkthrough of the property together, and at that time no concerns were raised. The project was paid in full with no issue or conflict!, which I took that you were satisfied with the work. I’m therefore disappointed to hear these concerns occurred five weeks later but I do take your comments seriously.
