He came a week and a half ago to do an inspection and quote and we agreed on a price. I waited for him to come and do the job and when he came he said he couldn't do the job. I lost two weeks because of him.

Rory, from Chittick Plumbers visited twice in relation to servicing our Radiators up and downstairs. On both occasions, I had to leave him with my elderly mother who described him as both professional and polite throughout. From the outset, Rory was clear with his pricing leaving no surprises. I know this seems a typical quote, but I would not hesitate to use him again, or recommend him to friend or family

Got back to me almost immediately and got the leak covered until a proper fix could be arranged which I was fitted in for shortly after. Really helpful through and went above and beyond to help out with it being an older house

Excellent from beginning to end. Rory responded very promptly and quoted initially that held true. Minor issue sourcing part but done and a work around sorted until it was received. Kept us informed all the way. Excellent all round. Top man!

Rory was very helpful today. He turned up when expected and kept me advised of his arrival time. He supplied the required part and carried out the work swiftly and tidily. He was both professional and friendly. I have already booked him to come back to carry out some none urgent work.

Rory was prompt and courteous and kept us up to date with what he was doing at all times. He made the experience very easy! I would recommend Rory and definitely have him to work for us again!
