Rory replaced a radiator for us with a space saving plinth heater. His work was excellent and everything has been working smoothly. His price was very reasonable. We will definitely be using him again for future work we have planned.

Rory has become our go to plumber and has been out to fix things for us on several occasions! From a leaking bath tub, a blocked sink, replacing radiator valves, and crawling under the subfloor to find our stopcock, Rory has always been super helpful and attentive, and everything has always been resolved quickly and stress free 10/10 would always recommend Rory :)

He came a week and a half ago to do an inspection and quote and we agreed on a price. I waited for him to come and do the job and when he came he said he couldn't do the job. I lost two weeks because of him.

On both occasions, I had to leave him with my elderly mother who described him as both professional and polite throughout. From the outset, Rory was clear with his pricing leaving no surprises. I know this seems a typical quote, but I would not hesitate to use him again, or recommend him to friend or family

Got back to me almost immediately and got the leak covered until a proper fix could be arranged which I was fitted in for shortly after. Really helpful through and went above and beyond to help out with it being an older house
