Luke gave an estimate and arranged a date to complete work. He arrived on time and quickly got down to the task. He made an excellent job if the repairs and I was very satisfied. He cleared up. He was extremely pleasant and informative. Could not have asked for better.

I was put in touch with Luke after an unfortunate incident with a concrete column. The standard ChipsAway service couldn’t help as they didn’t have the equipment to deal with the denting of the rear wheel-arch. Luke swiftly arranged for the car to be picked up and it’s now back, as good as new. Happy to recommend Luke and his team.

Had a big repair work on my car that involved claiming from my insurance company. Luke took care of all the formalities with the insurance company. All I had to do was initiate the claim and give him the claim reference number and AUDATEX code and the rest was handled by Luke. The work on my car was of top notch quality. It is as if those dents and scratches were never there on the first place. The most stand out feature for me from the service was being able to reach and speak to Luke anytime during the process and he was transparent and accountable for the work he did. Amazing support.
