First floor extension, reconfigurations of downstairs

Ben and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. His quote was detailed and spot on. He drew on his experience and expertise when (politely) advising us against certain choices - and our home was always better for it. His team are polite, friendly and studiously clean. They did everything they could to ensure our life was as comfortable as it could be, living on a building site. Even our neighbours were full of praise. Ben himself was an outstanding project manager - engaged, responsive and patient. We would recommend MCD to anyone looking to build a new home, or develop their own.

New fences and side gate fitted

Simon, Ben and team were great from start to finish. We had 22 fence panels removed and replaced which wasn’t the easiest especially in the warm weather and no shade! Plus the addition of chain link fencing around the other boundaries to the garden. Simon and Alec did a fantastic job, from dealing with our puppy running around them(sorry!) to being really considerate to our neighbours and making sure they too were happy. They went above and beyond with the work and you can really tell. The attention to detail and quality was more than we could have expected and we would highly recommend them.

Levelling and landscaping of garden to include installation of artificial grass and new shed

Really pleased with work despite the interruption due to the covid crisis. Ben, Simon and the team created a wonderful garden for us to enjoy the workmanship is excellent and we were kept informed regarding all aspects of the project . They installed a new patio a, new shed and laid artificial grass surrounded by sleepers it looks brilliant , thank you guys!

Ground floor refurbishment including new fitted kitchen

Ben and the team provided a high level of service and excellent finished product. The team of plasterers, electricians etc. Work to a very high standard. The project kept to time and budget, apart from extras requested and minor additional work needed. Ben and the team are extremely busy and sometimes there was a breakdown in/lack of communication between Ben and trades on what was required, but was always resolved. I would highly recommend MC&D.
