  Troy was very professional, polite and well-presented. He arrived on time as arranged and was meticulously tidy on site, clearing all rubbish and old parts. The cistern was in an awkward location but Troy took a calm and systematic approach to complete the repair. He ran through the completed jobs thoroughly with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work. I am very happy to recommend and would definitely use Chingford Plumbing and Heating for any future jobs.
