Fix leaking and damaged Gutter\Fascia on the front of house, replace our old damaged garage roof, fix our house roof ridgeway, and clear the roof of all the moss. The main job was fitting bird barriers to my solar panels. The original plan was to clip the barriers to the panels, but my panels did not accept the clips so the barriers had to be screwed instead. The weather was also very poor with frequent heavy showers. Despite these, problems they persevered and completed the job well, and it was a pleasure hosting them throughout the day.

Really responsive. Found via checkatrade, Jim phoned back same day and arranged to come round and look at our guttering the following day. He gave me a couple of options on spec and pricing and then we agreed the work, scheduled it and delivered all in a week. On the day he was onsite to introduce his team, they completed the work in the agreed timeline and were no bother to have working on our property. We are really happy with the result and the bonus of a 10 year guarantee means we have reassurance for the future.

CHI answered my call first time and gave me a prompt date to sort out t the repointing of some brickwork that got damaged in a delivery. Reasonable rates and very helpful with paperwork which I needed for an insurance claim. Even though it was a small job, they came to do it within a week.
