Our heating programmer stopped working and Drew was able to come out at short notice to fit a new one. He was on time and got our heating system working again. Job well done. Thank you Drew.

Drew was so friendly, we rang him with an emergency job and although he had just got in he came straight out to rescue us. He managed to get our boiler working with a temp fix so we didn't have to spend the weekend freezing cold. He came back Monday with part, but unfortunately our boiler was completely broken. On the Wednesday he was back with a new boiler and set to work. We love the new boiler and can really feel the difference. Drew was very polite and explained everything. We will only be using him going forward.

Had my boiler serviced today by Drew. Absolutely brilliant as always. Love our little chats too while he works. Can't fault him.
