Ali was brilliant, he managed to diagnoise the issue and fix the problem very quickly. Very experienced and professional with all his work, from managing the lights to tidying up after. Ali comes with all his equipment and extra, he was kind enough to put in new led lights as well going above and beyond. Highly recommend Ali who is an expert in his field and a very pleasant and respectful individual.

Arrived on time, when it comes with electrical stuff you need to use a professional. This guy has been in the business for 35 years,and I was very impressed. He had good knowledge and lots of equipment. Very polite and explained everything thoroughly. And neat and tidy job,would definitely recommend to others, and would use again for future work

I had Chigwell Electrical Services Ltd install an EV charger at my home, and the service was excellent. They were professional, efficient, and explained the process clearly. The installation was quick, tidy, and done to a high standard. Highly recommend them for anyone needing an EV charger installed!

We had major problems with the electrics in our kitchen. Ali came out first to get us back up and working as best as possible with an emergency call. He then booked us his first open slot for the investigation to see what we needed and even got more bit morking for us at this point, he then order parts and socket for us and came back to fit and rewire what was needed. His work is impeccable, his service even better and throughout his communication has been brilliant, telling us what he has found, what needs to be done and what it will cost. Exceptional. I will use Ali again.
