I had a prompt response and an acceptable quote for the work undertaken. I found the video link useful and was impressed with the carpets when the cleaning was completed. The service was friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

From my initial contact on Bank Holiday Monday to the work being completed 2 days later the service has been amazing. Great communication, accurate pricing, attention to detail and consideration within my home were all really appreciated. The cleaning equipment Chichester Carpet Cleaning use is phenomenal. The preparation of the sofas and explanation of the process was first class. Suffice to say I am absolutely delighted with the results. My sofas and armchair look like new ! Seriously ! I promise I won’t leave it another 15 years before having them cleaned ! Highly recommended. THANK YOU !

I was very pleased with the quality of the work that was carried out. The results were exactly as I expected. All stains were removed and the carpets looked nicely freshened up. Good job!
