    Refitted lifted carpet

    Immediate response from company informing me that they would be able to do the job and when, which was actually that same morning as it was a small job and a potential trip hazard for my elderly mother. Communication was great and so were the repairs. My mother felt safe in her home and said what a nice guy he was. She is very happy and I can't fault these guys or thank them enough. They went out of their way for us. I might also add that they didn't even charge her - how kind is that in this day and age! I would definitely use this company again as they honestly couldn't have done anymore.

    Carpet fitted and wooden floor installed.

    I originally used CH Flooring for the carpets in my bedrooms. I was pleased with the service and Standard off work so have just used them again to install the re st of the flooring required. Both hardwood flooring and carpet. Charlie provides a very good service. High quality products and is reliable, his work is off a very high standard. I would highly recommend CH Flooring.

    Herringbone Laminate Floor

    Charlie supplied and fit herringbone flooring for my kitchen/dinner and lounge. The installation and finish is brilliant, I couldn't be happier with it. Charlie also supplied and installed carpet for 3 bedrooms, stairs and landing. I highly recommend Charlie, his professionalism and work ethic is unparalleled.

    Karndean Flooring Living Room

    I had a tight deadline that I wanted Karndean flooring fitted (2 weeks after my inquiry) - Charlie and Aidan were the first to contact me, first to visit my property to quote the work, and were flexible to work with me on my timings. They were well informed and constantly shared advice work required so that we both agreed next steps for the best outcome. They showed up on time, removed excess materials from the quote that were not used (saved me a lot of money), took waste and were extremely efficient - the flooring looks fantastic - could not be happier with the final result.

Hello potential client, my name is Charlie, and I am a flooring specialist.


I cover: Areas of London, Kent and the Southeast from hard floor to carpet. I have trained under my father and his friend who have over 60 years flooring experience between them.

How I work:

Firstly: I get in contact with you where we speak about your flooring needs and organise a time and date for me to come to visit the property that requires work. During this conversation we will discuss things such as: Type of flooring, areas that require works done, budget, samples, colour etc. I will also answer any questions you might have at this time.


Secondly: When I arrive, I will show you the flooring samples, while you are looking at the samples I will measure the area. You will most likely have some questions about the samples that I will answer.


Thirdly: I write up your quote within 48 hours and send it over to you. Once we agree upon a quote, I will ask for a 20% deposit for the cost of materials. Once this deposit is paid, I then order the materials if required.


Fourthly: We agree on a date/date for the work to be carried out on.


Fifthly: You settle up the balance remaining on the quote, and hopefully leave me a very nice review :)
