  Superb job from Chestnut construction Kent!

  Ben and his team recently completed a large kitchen extension for us. He completed it on time, on budget & made it as stress free as a build could be. His team were extremely polite, punctual & left the house/drive/garden neat and tidy every evening. We would not hesitate to recommend him & look forward to him coming back for phase two of our renovation!

  New Extension & Driveway

  Ben and his team have been excellent throughout, building us a large extension and new driveway. It was delivered on time and to budget, they were efficient and always made sure the site was tidy at the end of each day. We're delighted with the end result. They exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Low boundary wall to front garden

  I could not be more pleased with my beautiful garden wall that Ben and his team constructed for me. They are a great bunch and did a thorough professional job with no fuss. Great communication throughout too, so can 100% recommend Chestnut Construction, plus I have had loads of admiring comments from neighbours and passers by.

  Large double extension

  Ben and his team completed a large double extension on our house between Oct ‘24 and Feb ‘25. Costs were clear and timings to schedule. Would highly recommend.

  Single story rear extension

  Ben and his team recently completed a single story rear extension for us, the full width of the house. We went with Ben as he completed a much larger extension on our neighbours to a very high standard. We were not disappointed as all work was fantastic. Everyone complimented the building work and the decorators complimented the plasterers. Ben’s team and contractors were all friendly and kept the site clean each evening. Building control have high regards for Ben’s work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and his team, excellent all round.

  Loft conversion

  Ben and his team were excellent. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very professional and great communication. All works were carried out within budget. We are really pleased with the outcome.
