This was my first time using a removal company. I was a bit anxious about how it would all work and coordinate, but from the initial quote onwards the process was very well explained. The two guys who moved my belongings were very quick and thorough. They took care of my belongings and handles some pretty heavy things without complaining. I would 100% recommend Chess. They made a very stressful day a lot easier.

We used Chess removals for taking a storage unit of furniture from London to Kent and were very pleased with the service. The van was delayed due to traffic and communication from Michael was very good, he kept us updated on arrival time. The removalists were efficient and speedy, very polite and professional.

Long distance house move from London to Manchester and the team made it a really smooth process throughout. They arrived on time, were professional, polite and found solutions to any problems. I would highly recommend this lovely team.

I could not recommend Chess Movers enough, the team that came to help us move were fantastic. Very punctual, very polite and extremely hard working. They helped us move from a 3rd floor flat without a lift, with zero complaints and a great positive attitude. Great communication from start to finish and excellent value for money.

Three lovely people. Moving from flat above to flat below but old very heavy furniture having to pass down narrow twisting stairs with an narrow arch as well. So really difficult and they remained very patient and cheerful during the ordeal. Inevitable tiny damage to stud wall in the common parts which they were mortified about.

What an absolutely brilliant organisation. Started off with Michael walking me through some options, putting me at ease and letting me make my own decision- in the end I opted for mid range option which was removals along dismantling and reassembling of 4 beds and a dining table. The guys on the ground are fast, efficient and very polite. When I was worried I had reassurance and even when I was looking at the clock as we looked to complete and vacate they had it under control. Back at our new house they took it to another level, more of the team arrived and suddenly our new was sorted!
