Three lovely people. Moving from flat above to flat below but old very heavy furniture having to pass down narrow twisting stairs with an narrow arch as well. So really difficult and they remained very patient and cheerful during the ordeal. Inevitable tiny damage to stud wall in the common parts which they were mortified about.

What an absolutely brilliant organisation. Started off with Michael walking me through some options, putting me at ease and letting me make my own decision- in the end I opted for mid range option which was removals along dismantling and reassembling of 4 beds and a dining table. The guys on the ground are fast, efficient and very polite. When I was worried I had reassurance and even when I was looking at the clock as we looked to complete and vacate they had it under control. Back at our new house they took it to another level, more of the team arrived and suddenly our new was sorted!

Denzel and Trey were on time and extremely helpful, professional and efficient for moving my flat contents into a storage unit. Would absolutely recommend their services.

I’m a bit late writing this review but needed to share what an amazing service we received from ChessMove Deliveries a couple of weeks ago. From quotation through to moving day, their communication and service delivery was faultless. The friendly team put my elderly mum at ease right from the start, and made a potentially stressful moving day feel smooth and all under control. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a removal service. I cannot thank them enough.

Tayo and his team were great for my house move. They were punctual, packed my belongings with care, and went above and beyond as my sofa wouldn't initially fit in my new place. They worked out a way talking me through each step and putting it all together once in. Not sure other removal companies would have took that much time to find a way to get my sofa in and was so grateful. Would highly recommend using chess moves best experience ive had with a removal company.

The chaps from Chess were at our storage before us. Tayo, Trey and Danny got straight to work. They were very polite, hard working and took good care of our possessions for which we were very pleased. We knew we didn’t need to worry and were very pleased we chose them. We went with them because they are on Which? I would not hesitate to use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone planning a house move or moving possessions.
