Good: - Communication - Punctuality Not good: - Not enough mortar removed in areas which has fallen out since - Broken doorbell - Broken roof tiles ( no accountability as maybe they were broken already, maybe not ) - Paul declined to view the work himself, too busy Full disclosure, I was told I touched mortar causing issues. I did in one area above the door, the darker areas are my doing. Picture provided.

The guys did a great job! They were very friendly and approachable and completed the job in the allocated time without leaving any mess. Communication with Wendy and Paul was excellent. They had to move things around because of bad weather, but I was informed beforehand. I would highly recommend this company.

The team at Cheshire Pointing did a great job. The repointing work is excellent. It was a big job but all the team just got on with what was required and the end result is great. Thanks.
