We discovered a very dangerous structural issue in our house that urgently needed sorting out. We wanted to make sure we found the right builders for the job due to the seriousness of the problem, which could have been a challenge considering how urgently it needed sorting. When I first met the builder who gave us the quote (the same day that I contacted them), I felt very much at ease that he knew what he was doing & that he was keen to do a good job of it. Once he saw the severity of the problem, the team rescheduled their work to sort it all out the next day, which was much appreciated
