  planning and loft conversion

  We approached Cherry Lofts after our first architect’s proposal, which included a front dormer, was rejected by planning. Cherry Lofts took over and secured planning permission solely to remove the thatched roof and replace it with tiles. They then completed our loft conversion under permitted development—no extra applications, no delays, and no stress. Their knowledge and guidance made the whole process seamless.   Loft conversation - two bedrooms and a bathroom.

  Richard and the team at Cherry Lofts recently fitted a new loft conversion onto our property adding two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. They were excellent throughout and maximised the space to give us a fantastic end product. As we needed a new roof due to water leakage, they also resolved this as part of the process, fully waterproofing and insulating the property for the future. They were honest throughout, providing advice from their years of experience and maximising the materials to add additional elements at no extra charge. Would fully recommend.

  We were extremely happy with the project carried out by Richard and his team The work was done to a very high standard and the trades were courteous and polite and the site was cleaned and tidied every night I would have no hesitation recommending them or having them again for any future projects

  Loft conversion

  We were recommended Cherrylofts by a colleague who used them to convert his loft. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We had four companies give us a quotation, and Cherrylofts stood out as they fully designed the loft from the start with 2D and 3D plans before we signed the contract, so we knew exactly what we were getting. The loft was finished to a high standard. We would highly recommend Cherrylofts.
