  Communication was clear and exact. Didn't have to wait for responses and the job was done in less then 3 hours and they tidied up everything afterwards. They were respectful and not loud since we work from home. And after the work was done they had me look things over to confirm that I was happy with everything and if it was all I asked for. I hope our future projects will also go this smoothly.

  Roof leaking following Autumn storms.

  I had a badly leaking roof following the torrential rains last Autumn. Edmund was recommended to me by a friend. My first experience was that Edmund turned up quickly to assess the damage. I was impressed with his knowledge and his recommendation regarding what needed to be done. Edmund organised everything, including scaffolding and his team undertook the work in accord with his instructions. When you have a leaking roof heading into Winter it’s important to get it properly fixed in good time. Edmund achieved this and I am grateful to him. I would recommend him based on my experiance.

  Leak detection

  Very prompt, professional and came and offered expert opinion, even on a Sunday. Offered to come back when the neighbour was in, later in the week so he could see the problem from the other side. Excellent communication.

  Wrap around ground extension

  We had planning permission on the above and Edmund came round to look at the drawings and quote accordingly. He was very professional and gave us good advice on some aspects which we hadn't thought about. We have had to put back the job but will certainly be back in touch when we are able to proceed.

  Ground floor extension

  Edmund and his team were brilliant throughout the build. Edmund guided me through every step and his communication was brilliant from start to end. He dealt with any problems that came up very swiftly and so I was never left worrying. The extension has transformed my house and I get lots of compliments about the space and the quality of the build. A year on and there have been no problems and any snagging immediately post build was minimal, such was the attention to detail and quality. I am delighted with the result and would highly recommend.
