I needed the carpet of my studio flat cleaned by the end of the day and before the start of a new tenancy. There were very dark and stubborn stains I was concerned about . Mark was very understanding and helpful . He promptly organised and scheduled the cleaning within the hour and his technician did a fantastic job . Stains gone and the carpet is as good as new.
