Although the engineer was very friendly, we were advised that the boiler wasn't worth fixing and that we should just replace it. There had been a pre-existing leak that, if anything, the engineer left in a worse state than what it had been before the visit. We have since had a second opinion, and the issue has now been resolved (and the leake has stopped). Don’t trust these guys. Had a someone come out to fix our hot water pump as it was not producing hot water. First thing they said was there was nothing wrong with the system, but they will start charge for coming out. They effectively didn’t do anything apart from clean a few pipes/valves. 3 days later, I’m still stuck with no hot water.
