  The team were very professional in their work and they communicated with me at every stage. They took their time to explain to me the extent of the damage and the work involved to correct it. The team arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the problem, and explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. They were professional, efficient, and really took the time to ensure the repair was done properly. I haven’t had any issues since the repair, and my roof is now leak-free.
