We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! Chester was polite, professional, responsive, and flexible. Any problems were met with a practical solution. The finished project is even better than I had envisioned. Very pleased with Chester. We discovered a leak from our stopcock that had damaged our cloakroom floor. Chester communicated clearly with us and was able to come out the following day. He arrived promptly and was able to fix the leak without having to replace the whole stopcock. He also helped reduce the pressure to a tap at no extra cost which we were very pleased with. I discussed our requirements for fixing the damaged floor and some other work to the cloakroom, and Chester provided a full quote for us the next day. Very happy with everything so far.

What a find! Chester was initially tasked to sort out the bathroom downstairs. However, that being a much bigger job we wanted him to sort out our main bathroom which was completed beautifully, sorting out the lash-up from previous works. Nothing was too much trouble and he did a great job of fixing and improving on others work. Working through issues with ease and imagination, the work was completed to a high standard in a timely, friendly manner. So good, that Chester is now dealing with the other bathroom! Chester performed a full bathroom refit to an exceptionally high standard, including tanking of the wet areas, relocation of a radiator and use of high quality materials. Communication was excellent, explaining options for rerouting pipe work etc. Chester was extremely clean and polite and it was a pleasure hiring him. We would not hesitate to hire him again for any bathroom work and would highly recommend him.
