Michael contacted me within 30 minutes of requesting help to evaluate and repair a 2nd story roof. He Arrived at my house within 15 minutes of the call, evaluated the repair and provided a reasonable quote. After obtaining the nessesery resources, extra tiles etc, the repair was completed quickly. In total i think from searching for a roofer to repair completion it was less than 3 hours.
