The salesman who came to give us a quote was helpful and professional and we did not feel any pressure to make a decision. We were not chased and were given time to think about our decision to go with this company. The price was better than we expected and because we did not feel any pressure or pestered (unlike some other companies that quoted) we went with Chartwell. The communication was good throughout and we are very pleased with the door. We would definitely use the company again and recommend to others.

Good service from start to finish and quality work and materials

From start to finish everything was done to a high level of professionalism. The fitters were always on time and worked hard to get the job done in the time they said it would take to do. I am really happy with my installation and will be getting Chartwell to supply and fit a new inner porch door as I now know that I will get a great job done.

Had a recommendation from a friend who had used Chartwell. All explanations were clear and concise and a lot of time was spent getting us the door which would fit in with our house. We now have a fantastic new front door which replaced our old worn out door. The fitting team did a great job and very neat and tidy too.
