Following storm damage I required 5 roof tiles replacing.Charlton Roofing were recommended by a neighbour who was happy with some work they had done previously. From the initial visit to assess the damage and provide a very reasonable quote, to completing the job, I was very impressed with the service provided. I would recommend Charlton roofing to anyone who needs any kind of roofing repairs.

Superb job all round! Craig and his excellent team replaced the roof on our bungalow and what an incredible job they did! The whole experience was totally stress free, the communication before, during and after was first class! Craig is highly professional with the personal touch and the completed job is FANTASTIC! His team are tidy, hard workers who were also mindful of neighbours. We cannot recommend ‘Charlton Roofing North East’ highly enough. Excellent project planning for my new roof. No fuss and a honest appraisal of the work required with competitive price . Happy for me to get quotes elsewhere but spoke to several people who had worked in the trade in the past so Charlton Roofing had good recommendations . Work was carried out quickly, efficiently with excellent communication. Team was polite and I would highly recommend you consider them for your roofing work . I would have them back for future work.

Contacted Charlton Roofing for a quotation for a new roof installation as my roof was leaking and had been repaired previously. I was aware this company had done lots of work in the surrounding area. Mr Charlton called to my property promptly after calling him. He quoted me a price which I thought very reasonable and a date for work to commence. The roof was installed on date agreed . I must say they were extremely professional, polite and very tidy workers

Craig and his team replaced our roof and did a brilliant job as per my review in May 24. Unfortunately Craig left a split flashing on a waste pipe. I have been unable to get Craig to replace the flashing despite assurances that he would come back and complete the work. I have had to replace the flashing myself i the end. I would still recommend him and his team as the issue was relatively minor.
