Mark came to service my boiler. He is a friendly, professional guy. He explained everything that he had done, offered advice about things I need to keep an eye out on in the future. Sorted and fit a new thermostat and showed me how to use it. Thorough, friendly, will definitely using Charlton Gas Services again. I would highly recommend him.
