Charlie and his team fitted a new oil fired boiler for us. When they came to assess and quote for the job, we were immediately impressed with their thorough and detailed approach. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and with same attention to detail. The entire team were at all times polite, and a pleasure to have here. On completion of the job we were very impressed with how tidy everything was left. When there was a problem with the boiler (which turned out to be a manufacturing issue) he went above and beyond to very quickly sort it out. We would thoroughly reccomend Charlie

Have needed to use Charlie’s services a few times over the years but today Charlie and Alastair really excelled themselves and went that extra mile !! Could hear running water but could not find any sign of leak. Called Charlie late morning and by 4.30 they were on site. With their knowledge and expertise they were able to pinpoint problem in a very difficult location. Because they carry all relevant tools and parts they were able to fix leaking mains pipe, replace cupboards and tidy up all by 5.30.!!! and they still had another job to go go.

A fantastic job would thoroughly recommend Charlie, very experienced and nice to know he reallyvknowsvhis stuff. The pipe work you put in was magnificent.
