Charlie was punctual, polite, hardworking and completed the job to a high standard. After finding that the damage on the roof was a little worse than expected, Charlie went above and beyond to make sure that it was properly fixed, which I really appreciated. We needed a small porch rebuilt. Charlie quickly gave a reasonable quote. He was able to start work reasonably soon (it wasn't an urgent job). The job was complete well, no fuss, and he kept us informed all the way through with what was happening and why. We've had Charlie help us with roofing issues a couple of times now and he's always been excellent. Great communication, turns up when he says he will, and does a super thorough job. He's also been great in explaining to us what he's been doing and why. I've learnt lots about roofing! I contacted Charlie about improving our loft insulation. From the initial conversation through to the installation the service I recieived was excellent. He dilligently carried out an initial survey and then provided a detailed quotation. During the work he kept the site clean and took the time he needed to deliver a great installation. I'm a skilled operative offering a domestic roof repair and loft insulation service for customers looking to make minor or major changes to their property.
I have carried out systems training and seminars with the key manufacturers such as BMI Redland, Flex-R, Cupa, Velux and many more. I regularly do 'continuous professional development' (CPD) to keep updated on the latest products and changes in the construction industry, so I can deliver my customers' projects with confidence in the products being installed.
My 10-year experience in the construction industry working for building contractors has given me plenty of contacts for all trades. If I cannot help a customer with their project, I may be able to recommend someone who can.
My core values are training, commitment and accountability. If I am not trained to do the work I will recommend someone who is. I will only do a job for a customer if I am committed to do it, including being punctual and providing good communication. I always hold myself accountable for my service to all my customers.
