Charles & team arrived promptly on 1st & 2nd days of this project, then worked solidily during these 2 days to complete the job, fully to our highest expectations, removed all waste materials after the removal of the old roof & cleaned to a very high standard. Would certainly use Charles & team for similar work & would be very happy to recommend them to friends & family. The final bill was fully in line with the original estimate received.

Charles, Declan and Dan were a delight to have around. I ask questions which Charles may have found annoying, but if he did he didn't show it and took the time to explain things. Kept me informed if the weather was going to prevent them from working but always left the roof in a watertight state. Job took 2.5 days rather than the 4 indicated. This included some extra work to the chimney cope and pointing which Charles didn't charge extra for. Work looks good. I didn't get quotes so can't say if Charles is expensive but he admits to not being the cheapest on his website.

I'm very happy with every aspect of work undertaken by Mr Trott, regarding the flat roof replacement work carried out at my home recently. Mr Trott was very helpful in all stages of the work, he explained clearly what was required, left everything amazingly clean and tidy and was always polite and cheerful. Part of other works but very much integral to other works so our builder subcontracted to CT. Materials arrived on the day ahead and 2 days of hard work completed the job (3 days estimated). Really good team and all done ahead of looming weather challenges. Really impressed.
