Very friendly. Initial assessment seemed logical in light of no obvious source of the water ingress i.e. Lets try something that may be the issue buy at lower end of cost and see over a period of a few months if it is fixed. If still an issue then proceed with next possible cause etc. Price was reasonable and the workers friendly and the also advised what to apply to the ceiling wet patch once dry. So now its just a case of wait and see if the problem is fixed.

The problems with my roofed were identified quickly by Charles Roofing as they simply sent up a drone, which also identified other problems on the roof stack. None of these problems were obvious from street level. Polite, obviously highly experienced, pleased to put the customer front and centre, very competitive pricing, timely, and I have no problem in recommending them.

Simply, I was impressed with their honest approach to my job brief, their understanding and application of it and the quality and speed of their work. In order to better understand the job at hand, they didn't look at the roof shading this eyes from the sun, they send up a drone in order to examine the roof, taking pictures as these went and showing me the results, so I was able to make an informed decision. In doing so, they also pointed out areas of concern, which I acted upon. Price wise, they were more than competitive and I highly recommend them!
