The team came round and carried out the works agreed to a very high standard. One of the team walked me around the job on completion and explained and answered any questions. Great team! Highly recommend

Didn't reply to 1st voicemail. Finally arranged 9-10am last Sat. Didn't turn up. Spoke Sat afternoon, no apology, arranged Sun 2-3pm. Didn't show up again! Heard nothing since. Clearly don't need the business, but why not be polite & say so, rather than leave me waiting in? Frustrated.

Kept the appointment, which in itself is a real bonus. So many tradespeople just don't show up, and don't have the courtesy to call. John assessed my elderly father's flat roof. Instead of trying to advise him to have a new roof fitted (as I am sure other would have done) John pointed out what he thought to be the source of the problem (nothing to do with the roof). Gave advice on how to remedy, and asked us to call him if that did not work. Took the time to explain things, and was not pushy at all. Would highly recommend for an assessment of your roof.
