James was extremely thorough. His report clearly categorised items from 1 (no action) to 3 (short term action recommended), estimating likely costs in each case. He was friendly and professional throughout, including a debriefing Teams meeting to discuss/clarify the report. I won't hesitate to use Charlecote Estates again

James was very thorough in the report. James was also very helpful before and after the survey in answering all our questions. James helped us to choose the right survey for us, no pressure for us to spend more or upselling. Excellent service, will use this company in the future in needed.

Brilliant, a very thorough review of the property

We hired James to conduct a Level 3 RICS survey and cannot recommend him enough. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. We were informed of timings and received a quality report. We also really appreciated his availability in talking through the findings after the report came through. We are now finalizing the house sale with more confidence about our purchase. Would definitely hire again!

I would highly recommend Charlecote, this is the second time I have instructed James to complete a survey for a house purchase and he was able to book in quickly and has given a very thorough report. He also called after completing the survey to give some verbal feedback walking through his findings which was something we really appreciated.
