The work was to replace existing heating controller with Hive system. The Hive controller, which I supplied, turned out to be faulty, which certainly complicated the job. Chapman Electrical were professional and courteous throughout, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I needed to have my faulty solar inverter replaced and decided to have batteries installed at the same time. As with all big expenditures I got several quotes and decided to go with Andy. From beginning to end there was no pressure. He answered all my queries and and gave helpful advice on type of inverter and batteries with no pressure. He and his installation team were polite and clean and tidy on the day of install. Had a few questions after installation and always answered promptly.Very pleased with the installation and service both before and after.

This is the second time of using Andy and his team and couldn’t recommend him enough, excellent worker, clean and tidy. Knows what he’s talking about. I had a zappi charger installed and a small consumer unit updated, nothing was an issue and checked everything was working before leaving. Brilliant electrical

Got called straight away and seen earlier than expected that day. Electricians were thorough in finding the problem, very polite and respectful to me and my property. Can’t recommend Chapman Electrical enough.

After finding Andy on the MCS database and on checkatrade, I rang him for a quote, he was very polite and helpful. He did the quote in good time and I was very pleased quote, once accepted we booked in a date and on that day his team turned up on time. Andy and his team were very tidy workers and very polite too. Nothing was too much. Even when they finished installing the panels they cleaned out the gutter as they were conscious some moss may have been knocked into it, excellent from start to finish, I have Andy’s numbers saved in my phone if me or friends need any future work
